2017 Flying Cloud

Merlot gets a bad rap -  flat, jammy and one dimensional...  This wine is not that.  Located on highest north eastern slopes, the Flying Cloud parcel always supplies us with nuanced, layered and crisp wines, while showing the generosity we’ve come to expect from the greatest examples of this variety.  2017 was especially favorable to this block and we’ve decided it should stand alone, proudly showcasing it’s uniquely beautiful and appealing expression.
